Apps to help manage life admin

I want to organize my life better (administratively)  and this includes:

  • Daily Schedule

  • Notes

  • Freelance Projects

  • Personal CRM

  • Invoices

  • Learning

What are some of the apps that can help me manage all of these? I am currently using Google Drive, but the features set is not comprehensive.

Bonus points if the app has a good desktop version.
